Starting from April 19, 2024, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time, you can enter a contest to win the HGTV Smart Home 2024, located in Atlanta, Georgia. This contest will be open until 5 p.m. Eastern Time on June 10, 2024. The prize package is valued at over $1 million and includes the home itself, which is a fully renovated and furnished property, a new all-electric EQE SUV from Mercedes-Benz, and $150,000 in cash.

Participants are allowed to enter the contest daily on two websites, HGTV.com/Smart and FoodNetwork.com/HGTVSmart. These websites also provide access to the official rules and additional details about the home’s features.

The HGTV Smart Home 2024 is technologically advanced, spanning approximately 2,035 square feet with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is designed in a contemporary style with a midcentury influence, featuring a layout that is both multifunctional and flexible. The home is equipped with integrated smart features and emphasizes a design of neutral minimalism with color and texture highlights.

Key features of the home include hidden kitchen countertop outlets for charging devices, touchless technology, motorized curtains, and a high-tech pantry. The primary bedroom, located on the first floor, provides a private retreat with floor-to-ceiling windows and a door to a private patio. The second floor houses two guest rooms and a media room styled as a vintage sports lounge.

The city of Atlanta, where the house is situated, is known for its mix of history and modernity, offering a variety of cultural, culinary, and entertainment options. Notable attractions in the area include the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site. Atlanta is also recognized for its diverse food scene and active arts and nightlife.

Ranney Blair Weidmann Remodeling carried out the redesign and remodeling of the home, with interior design by Tiffany Brooks. For those interested in viewing the home, there will be a one-hour special broadcast on HGTV, HGTV GO, Max, and discovery+ airing on April 19 at 7 p.m.
