UGREEN is taking its first big step into smart homes with a new line of AI-powered hubs that keep data and automation inside your house instead of in the cloud. Unveiled on September 1, 2026 at a launch event in Foxborough, Massachusetts, the lineup centers on the HomeAgent HA100 and HA100 Pro, which store and process video, photos, and smart-home activity locally, with no subscription storage fees. A higher-end MasterAgent MA100 hub targets heavier AI workloads, while new SynCare security cameras, a smart speaker, and UGREEN Gallery smart frames fill out the ecosystem. Pre-orders for the three hubs are open now through UGREEN’s AIoT store ahead of a Kickstarter campaign set for October 27, 2026, and these are still crowdfunding-stage products, not retail hardware yet.
HomeAgent HA100 and HA100 Pro: Local AI for your smart home
The HomeAgent HA100 and HA100 Pro are built as the brains of the system, meant to sit quietly in your home and handle storage, automation, and AI tasks on their own. They keep files, photos, security footage, and smart-device activity on local storage instead of sending everything to remote servers, which means there are no monthly storage fees tied to the hub itself. Because the AI models run on the device, things like video analysis, organizing media, and responding to events can happen on your local network without a round trip to the cloud.
Both HomeAgent models are designed to act as central controllers for a wide mix of smart-home gadgets. They use Matter, the cross-brand smart-home standard, to pull compatible lights, plugs, sensors, and other devices into one dashboard for unified, local control. That means you do not have to jump between multiple apps from different brands just to turn lights off, lock doors, or check on cameras, as long as those products support Matter. For people who care about privacy, more of your home activity stays in your house rather than traveling across multiple company servers.
Automatic video memories and UGREEN Gallery smart frames
A big part of HomeAgent’s focus is on turning raw video and photo libraries into something people can actually enjoy. The HA100 and HA100 Pro can watch live camera feeds and scan stored images to capture “meaningful moments” such as a kid playing in the yard, a package drop-off, or a pet doing something funny. From there, the system can build automatic recap videos, cutting together clips from surveillance cameras and personal photos into short reels you can watch later.
Those recap videos show up on UGREEN Gallery LCD smart frames, which act as the visual front end of the HomeAgent ecosystem. These frames connect to the hub and can cycle through curated photos and videos, including those auto-generated clips from your cameras and photo library. Instead of just being a security system, the setup doubles as a living photo album, with your best moments selected and organized by AI running on your own hardware. You still control what gets stored and displayed, but you do not have to manually comb through hours of footage to get there.
How the HA100 Pro and MasterAgent MA100 raise performance
The HomeAgent HA100 Pro keeps the same basic concept as the HA100 but adds more horsepower and faster networking. The Pro model is built for heavier AI use and steps up network performance, which can matter if you have a lot of devices on your home network or you are streaming from several cameras at once.
For people who want even more headroom, UGREEN is introducing the MasterAgent MA100 as a higher-end local AI hub. The MA100 is built on the NVIDIA Jetson Thor T5000 platform, a chip stack aimed at running larger, more capable AI models directly on the device. UGREEN rates it at up to 2,070 FP4 TFLOPS of local computing power. In practice, it gives power users and prosumers room to experiment with more demanding local AI tasks than the HomeAgent hubs are built to handle.
SynCare cameras, smart speaker, and how the ecosystem fits together
Around these hubs, UGREEN is rolling out several companion products under the SynCare and Gallery names, all meant to plug into the same local-first system. The SynCare Indoor Cam ID500 Pro targets indoor monitoring, for things like entryways or nurseries. The SynCare PoE Cam OD600 Pro connects using Power over Ethernet, which can suit permanent outdoor installations where you want both power and data through one cable. The SynCare Battery Cam OD800 Pro is aimed at spots where wiring is harder, such as sheds, driveways, or rented spaces where you cannot run new cables.
A smart speaker, branded Smart Speaker for Uliya, slots into the lineup as a voice control point for the HomeAgent hubs. With it, you can ask Uliya, UGREEN’s voice assistant, to control supported devices, check live status or event history, or set up voice notifications for events, instead of only tapping through an app. The UGREEN Gallery smart frame listed for reservation now is a 13.3-inch color E-Paper model built for photos and art. UGREEN also names an LCD Gallery frame for the recap videos. Together they form a full stack: cameras watch, hubs think and store, the speaker listens, and the frames show you what matters, all with a focus on local processing.
Crowdfunding stage and availability
None of these products are on regular retail shelves yet, and this is a crowdfunding-stage launch where feature availability and rollout timing depend on the final feature list UGREEN publishes on its product pages. Pre-orders for the HomeAgent HA100, HA100 Pro, and MasterAgent MA100 are open now through the company’s AIoT online store, while the cameras, speaker, and frames are set to be introduced as part of the Kickstarter campaign. That campaign is scheduled to start on October 27, 2026, which means early backers will be pledging toward final production and timelines instead of ordering finished, in-stock gear.
